- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact information while placing an order.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We currently accept payment through the available methods shown at checkout, including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- bKash
- By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree that we may send order-related updates and promotional messages via SMS or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
📦 Shipping
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, courier delays, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
🔄 Returns
- You must notify us about any return request on the same day you receive the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- In case of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, we may request clear proof (photo/video).
- Return requests made after the delivery day will not be accepted.
- If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue occurred from our side (wrong/damaged product, missing items, etc.).
💰 Refunds
- If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Bizzibd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our website.
- Some products may include safety instructions on packaging. Customers are advised to read and follow them properly.
- We try our best to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate, but we cannot guarantee they will always be error-free.
